The need to ensure business continuity during the pandemic pushed many companies to leap into the unknown moving part or all their team to work remotely. Some of these companies are now happy to find the opportunities in keeping a remote workforce, and many have shifted their business model and start tapping into cost optimization opportunities.
One topic that will stay relevant with or without pandemic is ensuring employees deliver results under this different setup, outside the “vigilant eye” of their supervisors. How does performance look in this new setup? What’s the impact on productivity? Now that managing by observation is not feasible anymore, how to shift focus from hours worked to results? From tasks to outcomes?
These are some of the topics that will be discussed at the 10th HR Executive Learning seminar powered by Romania Insider and IDEOGRAF on 24 June.
Raluca Leonte, CEO Webhelp Romania and Richard de Graaf, Head of People ING Romania will share their experience and actionable learnings on managing performance of remote teams. Participants will have the opportunity to ask them questions directly and network in a virtual environment with fellow HR experts and entrepreneurs.
